David is acclaimed for working with rare and premium produce from carefully sourced suppliers. His use of classic technique combined with these fine ingredients and thoroughly modern flair are what place Restaurant Two at the forefront of contemporary Australian cuisine.
David is known for his down to earth attitude and approach to food. His love of cooking emerged at age eight when he would treat his parents to Sunday breakfast. Since then, David has worked with some of the world’s finest chefs, including a two year stint at London’s Connaught Hotel, drawing inspiration and skill from each and every encounter.
Recently appointed Queensland’s Ambassador Chef, confirms David’s commitment to Queensland produce and suppliers.
With over 20 years experience in fine dining in Australia and the USA and with years of service with David and Restaurant Two Albert finally steps into the role of Restaurant Manager.
Having held the title of General Manager at the acclaimed Yan Can Restaurant in San Francisco, Albert’s positive attitude and service focus has brought about a new era for service at Two.
Jessica has recently joined the Two team full time as events manager. For any occasion whether a private dinner, cocktail party or your wedding reception, Jessica is committed to ensuring your event is a memorable experience.
